A very versatile 1885 gown consisting of a velvet bodice and overskirt over a gold satin plastron front and skirt.

This outfit can also be worn without the plastron making it into a more formal gown. It also has a separate detachable train and formal evening bodice.

 
An early 1890s style formal evening gown. Full formal dress usually featured a low neck and short sleeves.
